Training regime

Classes schedule – I exercise with class at least 90% - 100% of the time, only stopping if a participant requires individual attention – my teaching schedule therefore contributes a great deal to maintenance of my physique and well being
3 MVe classes a week
1 – Spinning classes a week
1 Pilates class a week
3 interval training aerobics classes per week
abs class
Gravity training with clients 1 per week
I run oalong the Elwood / Brighton esplanade in summer once or twice a week depending on classes schedule

 

My own training
around 5 sessions a week depending on classes schedule
weight training sessions are normally single body part training 3 sets around 8 reps max
usually 5 different exercise per go, unless legs: I like to do 5 sets of squats and leg press and deadlifts
will occasionally compound two smaller muscle groups
usually like to do hamstrings and quads separately
will train forearms and calves together

Supplements

Nectar 3 times day, depending on training will substitute 1 with Macro, Matrix or Goliath
(will most likely be macro and micellar when it arrives from here on in)
Reflex glucosamine and milk thistle
Syntrax syntra ec and beta 3
Glu fm up to 4 times a day
